Joona Tapio

Joona is an attorney specialising in family and estate law, and handles family and estate law matters with extensive expertise. Joona has experience in drafting family and inheritance law documents, handling matters relating to divorce and separation, such as property settlements and separations, as well as matters relating to estates, such as estate inventories, property settlements and the distribution of inheritance. Joona also has extensive experience of litigation in various proceedings, both as a legal assistant and, through court training at the District Court, in the role of a decision-maker.

Joona also assists clients in contentious estates and, where necessary, acts as an estate administrator and distributor appointed by the District Court, as well as an estate distributor in cases of separation or divorce. Joona works primarily at Fenno’s Tampere office, but handles assignments throughout the Pirkanmaa region and, where necessary, elsewhere as well. Joona also acts as a notary public.
