Lassi Nyyssönen has participated in hundreds of bankruptcy and debt restructuring processes of companies as estate manager, liquidator or assistant. He has a broad experience of voluntary reforms, debt arrangements and risk management of companies. Nyyssönen also gives lectures about insolvency issues. The international and independent lawyer research company Chambers & Partners has recognized Lassi Nyyssönen’s expertise in insolvency, and stated that he is “intelligent and capable” and has “a good reputation in the market.” Lassi Nyyssönen is Fenno’s chairman of board.
